Accessing Your Bill Pay Page
To pay your bill, you will need to reference your account number and the location where you were seen. These can be found on your physical statement or in the email/text message you received. If you experience any issues, please contact our billing department at (865) 252-9816.
Card on File
Credit Card Policy: In an effort to make your life easier, Covenant Health Urgent Care offers Card on File, a safe and secure credit card payment option. When paying with a credit card for your visit, Card on File will be used to cover the remaining balance that your insurance company does not cover.
This typically occurs for plans with a deductible, copay, or coinsurance.
- At the time of your visit, our staff will swipe your card and enroll you in Card on File to safely and securely store your card information in an encrypted format.
- Your card information is encrypted and inaccessible by any Covenant Health Urgent Care employee. Only the last four digits of your card number can be seen for verification purposes.
- Covenant Health Urgent Care will submit your medical claim to your insurance company for the services provided. Once your insurance pays its contracted portion, you will receive an e-statement that details what your insurance has paid and what balance is your responsibility.
- Once your insurance has determined your remaining balance, Card on File will charge your secured credit card up to $150 per visit. If your historical responsibility is under $150, Covenant Health Urgent Care will only charge the balance due.

In order to efficiently process your payment, please include the account number found on your billing statement.
